The position is responsible for data entry, accounts payables, accounts receivables, some light accounting functions as well as management reporting.?Outgoing invoice management and review timely? A/R aging review.Prepares approved assigned month end reporting on a timely basis.Maintains vendor accounts in Aspen.?Oversees approved payment of incoming invoices timely in Aspen ? A/P.
