You'll be working closely with the whole team - founders, product engineers, operations, customer success - to establish and execute our sales playbook. You'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth, building relationships with logistics companies and closing deals.Objective of the roleOwn the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned territories, including outbound prospecting, discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closing dealsBuild and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through both inbound and outbound effortsEstablish Vooma as a trusted partner in the logistics industryHelp develop and improve our lead generation and sales playbooksChampion a culture of excellence in the companyWork closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless handoff of new customersProvide market feedback to product and engineeringDo whatever it takes to help our customers and Vooma succeedYour Responsibilities Will IncludeYou will own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with brokers, carriers and shippersYou'll be the primary driver of revenue growth for the businessYou will develop and improve our sales playbook, including messaging, pricing strategies, and competitive positioningYou will analyze your own performance to increase win rates and decrease sales cycle lengthYou'll have opportunities to pick up miscellaneous growth work: representing Vooma at industry events, creating case studies, developing partnership opportunities, and contributing to overall go-to-market strategyYou’re a Good Fit If You HaveHunter mentality with a track record of consistently exceeding quotaStrategic mindset with ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesGrowth mindset, constantly looking for ways to improveProfessional, warm communicator with excellent presentation skillsExtremely organized with strong pipeline management skillsThrive in ambiguity.
