Requirements | High school diploma/GED + 1 year of customer service experience + the ability to use deductive reasoning + Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software

Shift Details

  • Temporary project lasting a minimum of 4 weeks
  • Work Schedule: Thursday - Saturday | 6 AM - 6 PM
  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM
  • Pay | $18.75 per hour

Customer Support Specialist Job Tasks

  • Field calls from drivers and/or fuel stations.
  • Problem-solve and take action to solve issues.
  • Answer inbound calls and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the operating unit.
  • Complete training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other team members and internal business partners.
