Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour based on experience
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
This is a temporary contract (about a month or so) but their is potential to be hired in permanently.

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Representative? You’ll be:
• Processing manual billings and maintaining customer backup for billings
• Assisting with the application of cash payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Identifying reasons for short and overpayments by customers in Oracle
• Performing customer accounting duties for an assigned group of customers
• Assisting with cash application and research of short and overpayments
• Setting up new customers and maintaining existing customer accounts
• Providing support for other accounts receivable functions as required
• Supporting the IT function by analyzing and testing issues
• Documenting procedures and implementing process improvements as directed by management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 0-2 years of applicable experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
• Have experience with financial systems and software (e.g. AR/AP/GL package)
