The Opportunity

Direct Digital Holdings is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the team at Orange 142.

The Senior Account Manager bridges the gap between O142's clients and internal teams by recommending strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring client satisfaction for high budget, complex campaigns. This role is focused on nurturing long-term and successful relationships with key clients while uncovering revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to define objectives, craft winning strategies, and develop high-performance campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Guide and inspire internal teams, including copywriters, ad ops, and designers, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Steer continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, implementing strategic adjustments to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships by acting as the trusted advisor and voice of the client within the agency.
  • Identify and capitalize on client expansion opportunities, proposing new services and generating incremental revenue.
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, or another related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and driving client upsell opportunities.
  • Experience managing high-budget, complex campaigns across multiple channels is preferred.
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships.
  • Data-driven problem solver with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, fostering trust and communication across teams.
  • Proactive and organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, etc.) and Google Suite is required.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is required.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in industry best practices and emerging digital marketing trends.

Compensation

Base salary plus annual bonus, commissions, and benefits.
