As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth within the industrial sector.
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving sales of our industrial products by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales emails and inquires for existing and prospective customers within the industrial sector.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position and sell our products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in industrial products or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial products and the ability to learn technical product details quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively manage relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
