Now hiring a 1st shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Appleton, WI Direct Hire
The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and correcting electrical and mechanical machine failures, supporting PLC's, VFD's, and motor controls, and will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of company assets. Our client is seeking an electrical focused Technician with a strong understanding of industrial equipment with power up to 480 volts.
Additional duties of this position include routine to complex troubleshooting and repair, operating aerial and PIT lifts as needed, supporting continuous improvement efforts, programming electrical equipment using ladder logic and electrical prints or schematics, and dismantling, inspecting and rebuilding electrical parts.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in Appleton, WI The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm with flexible start and end times. Starting wage is based on experience level, $27-30+ per hour.

Qualifications:
* Associate Degree in E/M Technology or related field, strongly preferred.
* 3+ years of Industrial Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience, required
* 2+ years of experience with PLC's, HMI, and Servo drives
* Must have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
* Strong electrical circuitry knowledge
* Journeyman Apprentice Certification accepted in lieu of degree
