About This Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Appleton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive starting pay rate of $28.25 per hour, increasing up to $30.75 per hour in the first year based on certifications and experience.

Job Duties:
  • Install and maintain motors and pumps
  • Perform stainless steel welding and maintenance on ammonia refrigeration equipment
  • Operate boilers and perform preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting
  • Work with pneumatics, instrumentation, HVAC, record keeping, and more
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a general maintenance exam
  • Willing to use a forklift (training is provided)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations
  • Must be detail oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food processing experience or experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
  • Electro-Mechanical Technology degree or related education desired
  • Experience with ammonia systems, welding, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and motors, electrical
