Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary plus commission structure. The monthly compensation ranges from $5500 to $10000 and is paid semimonthly. Additionally, employees are eligible for health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on services, parts, and vehicles.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle service and repairs
• Consult with customers about their vehicle concerns and recommend suitable services
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repair costs and timeframes
• Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and authorizations are completed before commencing work
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Follow up with customers after service is completed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair services
• Proficient in computer and technology usage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Great multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
