As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our valued customers and our expert service technicians, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns.
  • Collaborate with skilled mechanics to determine necessary repairs and provide alternative solutions.
  • Leverage your automotive expertise to educate customers about available services, parts, and maintenance options.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, appointments, and vehicle pick-up/drop-off.
  • Provide valuable advice on warranty protections and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage the workflow and scheduling of our service department for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, offering updates on service progress and timelines.
  • Foster positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure precise documentation of all services performed and handle customer payments in alignment with factory warranty procedures.
  • Work closely with service technicians and parts staff to coordinate parts ordering and availability.
