Responsible for sales, service, operational and financial results for assigned branches. Provide leadership around implementation of key initiatives and establishment of branch goals. Directly supervise assigned Bank Managers and provide regular inspection of activities, results and coaching of colleagues to meet or exceed established goals and objectives. Work closely with internal departments and salespartners to offer a variety of products and services to existing and prospective customers. Recruit, hire, onboard and develop staff through ongoing coaching sessions to ensure all are personally committed to consistently exceeding customer service expectations.

This Person will also:

  • Work with each assigned Bank Managers to develop short and long term implementation plans to achieve sales, service, operational and financial goals. Regularly inspect progress to provide feedback and coaching to meet or exceed established goals.

  • Recruit, hire, coach, train, develop and evaluate assigned team.

  • Assess the effectiveness of branch personnel and ensure training, development and coaching activities are occurring via documented actions in Colleague Connect.

  • Collaborate and meet with direct reports, peers and internal business line partners to ensure the entirety of the bank is brought to every client to deepen the relationship selling process.

  • Serve as a role model by assisting in sales conversations with key accounts and participating in joint business calls with Bank Managers.

  • Uphold the bank's philosophy and all policies by maintaining appropriate controls to assure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of our organization.

  • Facilitate and cascade information flow to all colleagues through effective written, verbal and in-person communication to ensure consistent execution and awareness of all Corporate, Consumer, and District initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required

Experience

  • 2-4 years demonstrated ability to manage banking office sales and operations. Successful personnel and sales leadership for a progressive financial institution. Required

  • 2-4 Years of experience increasing responsibilities and proven, successful, job-related experience in sales management and banking. Required

  • 2-4 Years of experience Market Manager, Multi-Branch experience or applicable senior level leadership. Required
