As the Director of SEO, you will lead our SEO team and manage the growth and success of the SEO team. You will collaborate closely with C-Suite to ensure our vision is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our SEO strategy.Job Responsibilities:Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO productsManage and motivate a growing team of 20+ in-office, remote, and offshore SEO analysts, strategists, content writers, and web developers.Mentor and train teams on industry standards, company protocols, and best practices.Drive personal growth and development among the SEO team through mentorship.Craft and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growthDevelop comprehensive internal processes for seamless implementation across our portfolioProvide expert guidance on SEO best practices and execution.Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console and Google AnalyticsFoster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growthEducate CHD on SEO advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate our achievements and abilitiesBoost departmental and company revenue through efficiency enhancements, strategic diversification, and support for new business opportunities.Other duties may be assignedRequired Qualifications:A minimum 3 years of SEO experienceA minimum of 5 years in a managerial roleExperience managing a team of 15+ employeesProficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, AdWords, YouTube, etc.Deep technical understanding of the SEO industry and technologiesExperience troubleshooting complex website issues.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agency environment.Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse levels of digital marketing knowledge.Executive presence with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.Highly organized with acute attention to detailExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of related work experience with managing SEO Campaigns in-house or in an agency setting5+ years of management experienceExperience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticalsAbility to handle multiple clients simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
