JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on driving brand visibility, executing data-driven campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and drive revenue.Lead and mentor a skilled team and manage external agency partners.Align marketing initiatives with company goals through close collaboration with Sales, the CRO, and department leaders.Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support business objectives.Marketing Operations & ExecutionOversee the execution of digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.Ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.QualificationsRequired ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly desirable, with proven success managing client campaigns or multi-brand strategies.B2B or industrial marketing experience strongly preferred.Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and brand development.Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.You Excel Because You Are:A Strategic Thinker who sees the big picture and drives tactical execution.Data-Driven, using analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.Collaborative, working cross-functionally to deliver unified brand messaging.Accountable, owning outcomes and inspiring excellence.Adaptable, pivoting quickly with changing priorities and market shifts.Why JM Test Systems?We value your expertise and are committed to supporting your professional growth.
