Marketing Director

JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of
Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in our
continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic
thinker who thrives on driving brand visibility, executing data-driven
campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and drive revenue.Lead and mentor a skilled team and manage external agency partners.Align marketing initiatives with
company goals through close collaboration with Sales, the CRO, and
department leaders.Manage and optimize the marketing
budget to maximize ROI and support business objectives.

Marketing Operations & Execution

Oversee the execution of digital,
content, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.Leverage customer insights,
market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.Ensure consistent, high-impact
brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.

What You Bring

Required Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Business, or a related field.7+ years of progressive marketing
experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly desirable, with proven success managing client campaigns or multi-brand strategies.B2B or industrial marketing
experience strongly preferred.Expertise in digital marketing,
SEO, content strategy, and brand development.Exceptional leadership,
communication, and project management skills.
