GMG Galesburg Operations

is accountable for the overall management of all Galesburg GMG locations. t. This management includes coordination of the interdisciplinary team in the provision of patient care. The Director of

GMG Galesburg Operations

is integral to the success of the patient care and non-patient care teams and as such must be able to role model the vision, values, and behaviors of Graham Medical Group. This position reports to the Vice President of GMG Clinic Operations, or the President/CEO, in the absence of the Vice President of GMG Clinic Operations. Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and be currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Illinois. BSN Required, Master’s Preferred. Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience with peri-operative experience. Minimum of 1 year of previous management experience preferred in an outpatient setting. Clinical leadership and management skills including computer application, organizational theory, human resource management and management applications. Previous experience developing a labor, non-labor expense, and capital budget for all areas on an annual basis. Experience of the budget process linking to the vision and strategic plan of the organization. BLS certification through AHA required. ACLS certification or willingness to obtain. PALS certification or willingness to obtain.
