We are seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and help drive this mission forward.This role is for an accomplished sales leader who understands the supply chain ecosystem—someone who can coach, develop, and inspire a team of sellers while engaging directly with senior executives at multinational enterprises to solve complex global trade and supply chain challenges through SaaS technology.The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, hands-on enterprise sales expertise, and a strong understanding of SaaS selling motions in the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors. You will manage 5–8 Enterprise Account Executives, helping them build pipeline, advance complex deals, and consistently achieve ambitious revenue goals.You WillLead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota and deliver measurable business impactServe as a strategic sales leader and thought partner to Altana’s CRO and executive team, helping to shape go-to-market strategy and territory planningDrive enterprise account acquisition by supporting AEs in navigating multi-stakeholder, six- and seven-figure SaaS dealsEstablish clear operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviewsPartner with marketing, product, and solutions teams to ensure AEs have the tools, collateral, and narratives to succeed in executive-level conversationsPersonally engage in key customer meetings to strengthen relationships and accelerate deal velocityBuild a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability, curiosity, and collaborationAbout You10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing quota-carrying sellersProven success leading teams closing six- and seven-figure SaaS deals with Fortune 1000 or global enterprise customersDeep understanding of the supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics ecosystem and experience selling into procurement, compliance, or operations functionsStrong operational rigor — forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process designExcellent executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships across C-suites and complex global organizationsTrack record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talentData-driven approach to sales leadership with a bias for action and continuous improvementTeam-oriented, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentThis role can be based in any US Altana hub location with hybrid work flexibility: New York City, Boston, Washington D.C., or San Francisco.US Salary Range and Benefits$200,000 - $225,000 USDThe salary range is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual base salary for the position. The base salary offered will depend on factors including work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are part of Altana’s total compensation package. Altana offers a discretionary bonus or a variable compensation plan depending on the role.
