As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, implement performance standards, and align daily operations with long-term business goals.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in industrial distribution, inventory control, supply chain strategy, and using ERP data to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Key responsibilities include:Providing strategic leadership across warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and account supportDeveloping and executing operational strategies that support company growthOverseeing warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safetyLeading purchasing and supplier management, including contract negotiation and rebate optimizationManaging inventory accuracy, forecasting, demand planning, and KPI performanceDriving cross-department workflow improvements and maximizing ERP/EDI capabilitiesLeading and developing high-performing operational teams and managersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field10+ years in distribution/industrial operations, including 5+ years in senior leadershipProven success managing warehouse and purchasing functions with strong KPI and cost-control resultsERP expertise (Infor SX.e or CloudSuite preferred) and strong analytical, data-driven decision-makingExceptional leadership, communication, and change-management skillsExperience building high-performing teams in fast-paced environmentsPerformance MetricsInventory accuracy and turnsSupplier performance and rebate optimizationOperational cost reductionEmployee engagement and retention within operationsIf you excel at improving processes, optimizing performance, and building strong teams—and want to make a major impact on a growing organization—we’d to speak with you.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement, Supply Chain, and Strategy/PlanningElectrical Equipment Manufacturing and WholesaleInferred from the description for this jobMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
