Director of Nursing Home Health RN – Integrity Home Health Care Primary Location: Rocky Hill, Connecticut Req ID: 2025-141261 Requisition Type: Home Health Patient Coverage Area: Rocky Hill, CT Overview The Director of Nursing / Branch Director will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Rocky Hill, CT, ensuring highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care. Maintain organization and detail orientation through effective communication both orally and in writing. Understand and address issues related to the delivery of home health care services and problem‑solve accordingly. Review plans of care on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with OASIS and Medicare guidelines. Qualifications Registered Nurse licensed in the state where the position is based. Graduate of an approved nursing school. Minimum of one‑year nursing experience within the last 36 months. Strong preference for Medicare home health experience. Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred. Requirements Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
