They design and build power safety and control systems, including electrical panels, cable assemblies, and engineered enclosures. Their services cover industrial automation, renewable energy applications, and Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) solutions for solar and energy storage projects.Job DescriptionStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute operational strategies that support growth and financial goals.Establish and monitor KPIs for cost control, service levels, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy.Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Warehouse & DistributionOversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.Optimize workflows, layouts, and staffing models to improve throughput and safety.Use ERP data to identify bottlenecks and enhance operational transparency.Purchasing & Supplier ManagementLead purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency and supplier reliability.Build strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure incentives.Align procurement decisions with sales and marketing strategies for profitability.Inventory ControlManage inventory accuracy and availability across all locations.Implement KPIs such as turns, fill rates, and obsolescence reduction.Utilize ERP analytics for demand planning and cost reduction.Process Optimization & SystemsImprove integration between operations, sales, IT, and finance.Maximize ERP capabilities and standardize reporting tools.Develop and maintain SOPs for scalable, consistent processes.Team DevelopmentMentor and lead managers and supervisors across operational functions.Conduct performance reviews tied to measurable KPIs.Promote professional growth and collaboration within the team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
