Responsibilities:

Wir suchen eine motivierte, gut organisierte und tatkrftige Person, die nicht davor zurckschreckt, Dinge anzupacken und zu erledigen. Als Sales & Marketing Coordinator 60-100% hast du eine zentrale Rolle im Cordis Team Schweiz, strkst das Commercial Backoffice Team und untersttzt das lokale Leadership & Sales Team. Du wirst zum Bezugspunkt fr Kollegen und Kunden, koordinierst verschiedene vielseitige und spannende Aufgaben parallel, und bringst dich aktiv ein. Hauptaufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des Sales- & Marketingtagesgeschfts sowie eines gut strukturierten und organisierten Bros
  • Koordination und Mitorganisation von Sales- und Marketingaktivitten wie z.B. Sponsorings, Workshops, Roundtables und Kongressen inklusive Vertragsmanagement
  • Organisieren und Bereitstellen von Marketing- und Verkaufsmaterialien
  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen (intern/extern), Produktreklamationen sowie Qualittssicherheitsmassnahmen inkl. berwachung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenretouren und -bestellanfragen und damit verbundene Aufgaben
  • Schnittstelle zum Kundendienst
  • Erstellen von Analysen und Reports
  • Untersttzung im Offertenwesen, Inventurmanagement und bei ausstehenden Kundenrechnungen
  • Bereitstellen regulatorischer und produktespezifischer Stammdaten (MDD/MDR, GTIN, Zertifkate)
  • Kundenstammdatenpflege
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben sowie Rechnungs- und Beschaffungswesen
  • Untersttzung im Digital Marketing (Prfung Inhalte, Posts)


Qualifications:

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene KV-Ausbildung oder einen hnlichen Abschluss mit Erfahrung im kaufmnnischen Bereich
  • Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungs- und kundenorientierte, initiative und offene Persnlichkeit
  • Teamplayer mit hohem Engagement und hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Gut organisiert und verantwortungsbewusst mit Problemlsungskompetenz
  • Ausgezeichnete mndliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (Geschftssprache) in Wort und Schrift; gute Franzsischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint usw.)
