Job Title: HVAC/Plumbing SupervisorJob DescriptionThe HVAC/Plumbing Supervisor will plan, assign, and inspect the work of Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics and Plumbers who are responsible for the maintenance and repair of all HVAC and plumbing equipment installed in buildings on a large University Campus. This position is responsible for formulating and developing unit goals and objectives, providing technical assistance and training to assigned staff, and supervising the installation and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing components and systems. The role also involves making decisions regarding hiring, evaluation, promotion and termination of employees, and ensuring budgeting guidelines are met.
