Responsibilities:

Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking an individual with experience in sales and customer service to fill the role of Digital Sales Coordinator. The person selected for this position will work closely with the Sales Management and Sales Team to provide support and help coordinate the daily schedules of the Sales Reps. All interested candidates must possess a strong sales background and be able to work in a team environment.

The goal of this position is to supply a superior level of service that exceeds the customers' expectations. To be a successful digital sales coordinator, you should be detail orientated, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Specific Job Function:

  • Respond to all digital inquiries within 15 minutes of receipt during scheduled work hours and communicate the intent to set a quality appointment
  • Update all digital lead information appropriately into our sales tracking program
  • Track and report all daily activity
  • Communicate appropriate information to each location daily
  • Set quality appointments that lead to quality sales
  • Answer all customer appropriate questions
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
