The primary responsibilities of the Team Lead position is to assist the department supervisor in the efficient flow, tracking, quality, paperwork and all related processes and timely delivery of product.

  • Support the CARE values of the organization
  • Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
  • Oversee the assembly processes to make sure work meets quality standards and is performed according to established procedures.
  • Lead the designated team in their daily work and based off of supervisor guidance
  • Have skill and ability to work the line in any area needed based on production needs
  • Have the ability to set up and operate any machine in the outlined processes
  • Assist in training and development of team members
  • General product knowledge for all parts build in the outlines process
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • At least two years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


Working Relationship

Communication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Parts Wrapper works under the immediate supervision of the Production Supervisor.

PPE

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes at all times while on the production floor. Other PPE may be required.

Non-air-conditioned environments; hazardous materials such paints, stains, and solvents; machinery, conveyors, spray-booths, and drying racks.
