Job Overview

The Assembly Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the department manager to ensure the smooth operation, monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and timely delivery of products.

  • Supervise assembly operations to guarantee compliance with quality standards and established protocols.
  • Guide the assigned team in their daily tasks under the direction of the department supervisor.
  • Possess the capability to operate in any area of the assembly line as needed based on production demands.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and operating all machinery involved in the assembly processes.
  • Assist in the training and professional development of team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all components produced in the assembly process.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Collaboration:

Effective communication is essential across all organizational levels, including executives, other department leaders, subordinates, and production staff. The Assembly Team Supervisor operates under the direct supervision of the Production Manager.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Mandatory use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear while on the production floor. Additional PPE may be necessary.

The work environment characteristics described below are typical for employees performing essential job functions:

Non-climate-controlled settings; exposure to hazardous materials such as paints, stains, and solvents; operation of machinery, conveyors, spray booths, and drying racks.
