The primary role of the Assembly Team Supervisor is to support the department manager in ensuring the seamless flow, monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and all associated processes for the timely delivery of products.

  • Guide the assigned team in their daily tasks, following the direction of the supervisor.
  • Possess the skills and capability to operate in any area of the assembly line as production demands.
  • Be adept at setting up and operating any machinery involved in the outlined processes.
  • Contribute to the training and development of team members.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all components involved in the assembly process.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Working Relationship

Effective communication is essential across all organizational levels, including the executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor personnel. The Assembly Team Supervisor operates under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear are required at all times while on the production floor. Additional PPE may be necessary.

Non-air-conditioned settings; exposure to hazardous materials such as paints, stains, and solvents; operation of machinery, conveyors, spray booths, and drying racks.
