Business Analyst 3 – Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Salary: $75,000–80,000 per year (wages) plus benefits. Company: Yakshna Solutions, Inc. YSI provides IT solutions to business corporations and government organizations. Key Responsibilities Requirement elicitation & documentation – conduct user interviews, gather business & technology requirements, prepare functional design documents and specifications. Stakeholder liaison – act as interface between application development, business staff and testing teams to define highest‑level software and system requirements. Process review leadership – coordinate and lead review sessions among business users, developers and testing staff to ensure full understanding of requirements and proposed designs. Analysis and problem‑solving – independently analyze and document solutions to complex business problems, ensuring accurate completion of assignments. Data analysis & design management – collect, interpret and present data using SQL; ensure designs are managed with version control (e.g., GIT in Azure DevOps). SDLC knowledge & support – maintain a detailed understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and perform knowledge transfer to train other BSAs. Qualifications & Experience At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong problem‑solving skills. Experience developing functional documentation, best‑practice guides and troubleshooting guides for business solutions. Basic SQL knowledge, project‑management skills and prior tax or financial‑technology experience (not required but highly desired). Proficiency with MS Office. Required Skills & Certifications US citizenship or Green Card required. No C2C – W‑2 only.
