Job Description:
Support client Indices Business Information Security Office.
Lead Information Security Standard and risk-related projects and programs using Agile methodologies by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time.
Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on their intent.
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive project delivery effectively.
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to drive project/program efforts effectively.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in time-sensitive environments.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of project management experience.
At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security concepts.
At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO or JIRA Boards.
