Responsibilities:

  • Manage stand-ups and deliverables for the Remediation Assessment Program (RAP).
  • Sustain the RAP and oversee work related to Cyber & Operational resiliency.
  • Handle US Applications related data requests from various teams such as Kay, BCP, 2nd line, Audit, IS&C, and Communication lead.
  • Maintain the document repository for US-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with delivery framework teams.
  • Perform data analytics on Issue Management data and execute the RAP.
  • Generate reports from Open Pages/Issue Management and create views for senior management.
  • Follow up on audit items with a US nexus, including tracking extensions, on-track items, iQA process submissions, and delays.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Risk Officer, legal team, and Enterprise partners to ensure alignment between the Issue Management tracker and the Enterprise IT Risk Dashboard.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Prior experience in a QA or Audit capacity.
  • Proficiency with Power BI.
  • Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheet trackers and V-Lookups.
  • Experience in Cyber Risk.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Resilience.
  • Adaptability.
