Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manage and perform complex data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement/decision making. Design/optimize/implement SQL queries to identify data variances and develop custom business reports. Handle bulk data uploads, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across databases. Requirements Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, data/telecommunications, or a related field. Must have demonstrable skills/knowledge in preparing network diagrams to present business data flow and optimize business processes that handle large volumes of data; performing complex data analysis and analyzing market behavior/competitor data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement; and managing projects and facilitating communication utilizing Jira and Confluence.
