**Qualifications**

+ Master's degree from accredited school approved by Council on Social Work Education.

+ Must be certified through the Board of Social Work in the state of service.

+ One year of social work in a health care setting is preferred.

+ Must obtain and maintain CPR Certification.

$22.91 - $31.50 /hour
