About the Role:
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Neurology Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive psychosocial services to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work and be licensed as an LSW. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, identify resources, and provide supportive counseling. Your expertise in psychosocial interventions, resource support, and interdisciplinary collaboration will enable you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
