We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, POFC to join our CT_Polymer & Crystallization team in United States .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maximize value generated from current key accounts as well as focusing efforts to obtain new customers
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy, contract negotiation, risk identification, and profit potential and analysis, and communication of customer needs and expectations
  • Foster and develop positive customer relationships. Understanding customer needs and assist in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements in order to provide business opportunities for Sulzer
  • Prepare presentation materials and documents for customers as well as internal work summary reports, project status updates, and other planned actions
  • Present technical presentations at industry conferences
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Masters' degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred
  • 7 years minimum experience in technical chemical or polymer producer sales
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
