Description Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Head of Sales to lead our sales activities and drive business growth in North America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead regional sales team to achieve annual business objectives and increase turnover and profit. 2. Collaborate with global Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Tender Management group to prepare and negotiate competitive quotations and contracts. 3. Act as the primary local customer interface, addressing customer needs, resolving disputes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region's offered services. 5. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure proper information flow and identify new synergies and opportunities. 6. Ensure accurate data input and management in the CRM system. 7. Run business forecasts for the region and compile performance reports from finished projects. 8. Competitive compensation package. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or Engineering. Strong knowledge of the wind turbine industry preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Commercial project management experience. Ability to travel as needed. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results. Customer-centric approach and dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction. Hard Skills: Commercial acumen and contractual understanding. Proven track record in sales and business development. Familiarity with pricing strategies and market conditions. Ability to meet deadlines and administrative requirements effectively. Training: Internal training provided, including turbine knowledge and job-related courses.
