Director of Sales, Customer and Solutions Enablement A division of Harris Advanced is seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Director of Sales, Customer and Solutions Enablement to join our dynamic team in the utility billing sector. In this pivotal role, you will present our Enterprise Customer Information System during product demonstrations, build partnerships with industry consultants and third‑party software providers, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to gather insights that shape our product roadmap. Base Salary: Up to $100K + Variable Compensation This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Up to 50% of travel to North America and the Caribbean is required. A valid passport/visa is required for travel. What Your Impact Will Be Technical Expertise: Develop deep understanding of the Enterprise Customer Information System architecture, integration capabilities, and customization options. Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions. Client Engagement: Engage customers consultatively, understand unique business needs, configure platforms, and align solutions to RFP requirements. Enhance Demo Capacity: Lead efforts to improve and maintain cloud‑based demo environment, third‑party integrations, and internal tool sets. Competitive Analysis: Create and maintain processes to aggregate and analyze competitive insights guiding product positioning. Product Road Map: Attend conferences, network with consultants, and collaborate with internal teams to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends. Enablement and Training Focus Develop materials and processes, including SOPs for custom demo setup, to enable new team members. Continuously enhance product knowledge, industry understanding, and presentation skills. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Proven experience in technical sales or implementation services, preferably within the utility billing sector. Foundation in utility billing operations and meter‑to‑cash processes. Experience managing the RFP process for municipal utilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze client requirements. Proficiency collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and integration processes. Strong rapport‑building with clients and stakeholders. Results‑oriented mindset with track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
