Job DescriptionJob Description

Labor Services Company is a family-owned transportation company that has been in business for over fifty (50) years and we are looking to add a full-time salesperson to our Bloomington, MN team

Responsibilities

  • Full-time, in-office with occasional travel
  • Be willing to learn and eventually master the intricacies of employee leasing
  • Field phone calls, visit potential customers, follow-up on leads
  • Work sponsored tables at golf, clay shooting, etc. events
  • Provide management with ongoing status updates on leads

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Self-starter - be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer skills required (Word and Outlook, at least)
  • Live in Minnesota and not looking for remote-only work
  • Has social media and understands how it can provide a sales advantage
  • Knowledge of various customer management systems preferred

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive base pay offered plus a commission on sales
  • Full benefits available after 90 days (health, dental, vision, voluntary, and 401k)
