Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, actively listen, and take detailed notes (note taking is a big part of this role) on client discussions, concerns, and goals.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document client interactions, maintain up-to-date client records, and track the progress of financial plans.
  • Client Service: Provide top-level client service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Two years’ previous experience in a similar financial planning role is preferred.
  • Outstanding note taking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial planning tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting at $22-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  •  Competitive benefits package: a 401k with a match, PTO and paid holidays.
  • This position does not offer health insurance benefits.
