Service Business Development Manager

MOGAS is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as Service Business Development Manager. In this role, you will grow sales and service revenue by leading and managing the Walkdown program and team to generate sales and business development strategies for MOGAS assets and adjacent markets. You will also collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Service Operations Manager to proactively grow the service business through MORE contracts and coordinate MOGAS valve repair activities on-site or within the region.

  • Conduct walkdowns to assess customer needs and generate sales and business development strategies for MOGAS assets and adjacent markets.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement proactive strategies to grow the service business through MOGAS MORE Contracts.
  • Work closely with the Service Operations Manager and Customer Plant Site Coordinators to coordinate MOGAS valve repair activities on-site or within the region.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding MOGAS assets and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including walkdown reports, sales data, and customer interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Qualified candidates should have the following:
  • At least 5 - 10 years of related experience
  • Strategic mindset with passion to execute strategy
  • 50% travel required
