We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representatives for our client in Daytona Beach In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Position Details:
- Pay: $18.00 + $1 for bilingual candidates
- Training Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm
- Schedule after training: Assigned based off business need. Hours fall between 8am and 8pm.
- In office training with hybrid opportunity after 60 days based on performance.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns by identifying the best solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Record and update customer information in the database, ensuring data accuracy.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex or technical issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and call resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
