The Role We are looking for a talented and experienced integrated marketing campaign manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with other marketing teams to deliver impactful and integrated digital paid campaigns across multiple channels and regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Broad-based & ABM strategy and execution, excellent communication and management skills, and a strong grasp of marketing automation and other technologies used in campaigns. Location This is a work from home position within the U.S. The Main Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic integrated marketing campaign plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation, creative development, budgeting, testing, launch, measurement, and optimization. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, web, email, social media, events, PR, sales, product, and revenue enablement, to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness. Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize campaign ROI and customer experience. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, best practices, and tools, and apply them to improve campaign performance and innovation. Manage and collaborate with paid media vendors. What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. Proven track record of delivering successful and scalable marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting. Creative, analytical, and customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations from data. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
