In this position, Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancement within the Digital Product space, focused on our Digital Storefront, a digital experience available in mobile, web, and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades (e.g., BlueCruise Autonomous Driving). The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward to the next generation, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.What you'll do: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, managing a portfolio of products and enhancements, enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance, analyzing data, and coordinating a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision. The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.Collaborate on multi-year product strategy for Ford Motor CompanyOwn the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investmentsDevelop new product pitches and requirements, and translating into high quality product roadmapsCoordinating a large diverse team of engineers, designers, and partner product teams to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your visionManaging a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple yearsAnalyzing data and performing sophisticated analytical exercisesDrive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughputManaging weekly, and monthly product/business reportingAnd moreYou'll have: Bachelor's degree required, 5+ years of product management experience, experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, experience with end-to-end product delivery, a proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals, ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations.Even better, you may have: MBA or equivalent, strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership. Excellent business judgment and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
