Sales Territory Manager

(Eastern Upstate NY)

Robco Specialties has been in business since 1938 in Albany NY. We are a leading sales and service organization representing some of the most well known brands in the commercial/industrial plumbing, HVAC and process industries.

Base pay 80K (negotiable based on experience), + Commission and Bonuses, Full Healthcare, Paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation to start, auto allowance, company card for sales expenses

Company training and onboarding, sales support from technical service and management, prospecting guidance, existing customers, current quotes to close,

Establish contacts and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial facilities in the eastern part of upstate Ny

A market focus on healthcare, hospitality, universities, k-12, multifamily housing, district heating, pharmaceutical, food and bev and pulp/paper

Ability to help solve problems related to water utility systems and the critical infrastructure which uses it.

Knowledge of boiler room operation, hydronic heating, domestic hot water heating, steam systems, water treatment, electrification/decarbonization, flow measurement and energy efficient mechanical system concepts.

Selling mechanical replacement equipment including boilers, pumps, water heaters, water treatment, heat pumps, steam/hydronic specialties, flow meters, installations projects, service agreements, and energy audits along the with ability to provide turnkey engineering and installation services

Play a key role in reducing facility carbon footprint and electrifying/decarbonizing their mechanical systems

Previous sales experience recommended in related fields.

Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical engineering , 5 Years commercial sales experience with 2 year HVAC degree or 10 years related commercial sales experience highly preferred
