Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to sell our suite of Talent Solutions and Product Services stacks to targets across the United States.
  • Establish various channels to develop a strong network of prospects in key geographies and industry verticals that align with the service offerings and strengths of Summit Tech Partners
  • Execute client meetings and attend industry conferences and networking events to generate prospects for future partnerships
  • Develop a pipeline to close new business and maintain data in CRM
  • Work with internal teams to develop custom talent solutions for prospects to position the company for engagements with target clients

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success driving new opportunities for companies within the Contingent Labor and Professional Services industry
  • Results driven: Proven track record of handling similar industry clients and demonstrated ability to drive business growth
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOW and Staff Augmentation in various industries.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Relationship building skills with clients and partners
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentations
  • Travel- as needed for clients and relationship development
