We seek a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Clinician to join our team in Durham, NC.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Obtains an LCMHC or LCSW and LCAS for independent practice in North Carolina
Can commute to the location in person
At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire
