As we experience growth in our Electronic Security division, we are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to spearhead new business initiatives within our Core Commercial division. This role prioritizes lead generation, relationship building, and the presentation of our electronic security products and services to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a defined territory utilizing CRM tools while proficiently engaging in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation. Expertly develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market sector. Craft and deliver personalized proposals and solutions that align with client needs and industry trends. Collaborate with internal specialists to design tailored solutions for complex client requirements. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and discover new prospects. Conduct at least 10 in-person meetings with clients weekly to cultivate relationships and accelerate business growth. Drive revenue by applying solution-based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. Proven track record of achieving or surpassing high sales quotas in relevant accounts and/or markets (at least 2 years). Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance workflows and client interactions. Willingness to travel within assigned geographic regions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
