MUST:
Experienced Tax Supervisor
5+ years as a senior accounting and tax preparation professional
Must have an EA designation or be an EA candidate in process (enrolled agent - IRS)
Experience in accounting and tax management with individual client s and business entities
Professional image and positive attitude
Team player that wants their voice heard and is receptive to constructive feedback
Excellent computer skills, including the ability to work in a paperless environment
Bachelors in Accounting, Masters preferred

DUTIES:
Preparation and review of financial statements; primarily compilations and prepared financial statement engagements, with the opportunity to also be involved in audit, review and agreed-upon procedures engagements, if desired
Individual, partnership and corporate income tax return preparation and review
Tax and financial planning and consulting
Other tax return preparation and review as needed, including sales tax, business license, personal property and payroll tax returns
Supervise, train and mentor staff
Manage projects, due dates and interact regularly with clients
Work as part of a service team with the firm principals, job managers and staff
