What you’ll be doing…

As a Verizon Senior Manager of Kiosk Sales you will have a high level of accountability for all daily functions at the locations. You will need to communicate and implement the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the locations to the entire staff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience are at the forefront of your responsibilities.

  • Building, developing and mentoring your sales team.

  • Provide hiring, performance management and ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality and service objectives.

  • Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.

  • Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.

  • Maintaining the operations of your locations by running retail inventory compliance.

  • Engaging in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.

  • Provides solutions of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. 

  • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

  • Create and develop engagement within the community outside of the locations to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.

  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

  • Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.

  • Set goals, evaluated performance and developed a high performing team.

  • Ability to take action with minimal oversight.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $103,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
