Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement programs to address them.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
