Overview: The HR Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources operations within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance. The role demands a strategic thinker capable of fostering a positive work environment while maximizing employee productivity and satisfaction. Please note this role is 100% onsite in OKC, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives, focusing on recruitment, employee retention, and talent development.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Act as a mediator between employees and management to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with legal requirements and reflect best practices. Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and offering feedback and development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company budgetary constraints.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and overall productivity.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions on staffing, retention, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

The HR Director role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, supporting business growth, and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. This position serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring that HR practices align with the company's vision and goals.

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience working with Ceridian and HCM software
• Strong understanding of benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Proven track record in managing employee relations effectively
• Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
