The Division Manager is responsible for managing a division’s operations, financial performance, business development, project management, people management, safety and compliance, and communication. Financial Management : Must ensure the financial health of the division, including developing and managing budgets, tracking and reporting financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability. Business Development: Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the division’s area of expertise, including managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Project Management: Must oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects within the division, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. People Management: Responsible for training and managing a team of employees within the division, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
