Tax Manager

Tax Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
  • Conduct thorough tax research to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different levels on various client projects.
  • Clearly articulate review notes to guide the development of less experienced team members.
  • Directly engage with clients to address inquiries or provide professional guidance.

Tax Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CCH Axcess and CCH Engagement is a plus
  • Proficient in tax research, utilizing tools such as Intelliconnect.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in public accounting, or within a corporate tax department.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.

Salary: up to $125,000.00 depending on experience.
